The website popup

The popup invites website visitors to leave their name and email. It's the easiest way to build a list for your newsletters.

Turn it on

1. Open Website > Content and choose Website popup.
2. Tick Show the popup on my website.
3. Choose When it appears: After a few seconds (set the number in Seconds to wait, from 3 to 120), Halfway down the page or When they're about to leave.
4. Write a Headline, the Text and the Button words. Tell people what they get, like first dibs on mini sessions.
5. Click Save.

What happens when someone signs up

• They're added to Clients with the tag website-popup, or the tag is added if they're already a client.
• You get a notification in the bell, like "Anna joined from your website".
• They count as signed up for your emails, so they're in the Everyone who signed up for your emails audience when you send a newsletter.

How often visitors see it

Each visitor sees it once. Closing it or signing up means it won't show again on that device. The popup doesn't show while you preview a draft design.
