Preview your website

There are two ways to look at your website: the live site that everyone sees, and a preview of a draft design that only you can see.

Look at your live site

• Click View website at the top of any admin page, or View live site on Website > Design.
• Your own visits while you're signed in aren't counted in Website visits, so you can check pages as often as you like.

Preview a draft design

1. Go to Website > Design and click Use in draft on a design (or change your current design's options).
2. Click Preview on my site.
3. Your site opens with the draft design and your real words, photos and packages. A bar at the top says Previewing with the design's name and "(not published yet)".
4. Click around every page: home, portfolio, services, about, contact and booking.
5. Use Back to website settings in the bar to return, then Publish or Discard draft. To leave the preview and see your live site instead, click Exit preview.

Good to know

• The preview only shows for you, on the device and browser you clicked from, while you're signed in to your studio. Visitors keep seeing the live design.
• The preview lasts about four hours, or until you publish or discard the draft. After that you see the live site again.
• The website popup doesn't show while you preview, so it won't get in your way.
• Changes on Website > Content (words, logo, reviews, FAQ, SEO) and Website > Website photos are not part of the draft. They show on your live site as soon as you save, and in the preview too.
