AI help
Let AI draft inquiry replies, website text, photo descriptions, client emails and blog posts, then edit them yourself.
AI help writes a first draft for you in your studio's voice. It knows your studio name, where you're based, your packages and prices, and the words already on your website, so drafts sound like you and don't make up prices or facts. Nothing is saved or sent until you do it yourself.
Where you'll find it
Look for the buttons with a small sparkle:
- Draft a reply on an inquiry's Reply box. It answers what they asked, suggests the session that fits and can offer your next open times. See Work through inquiries.
- Write with AI beside your homepage words, service card descriptions and FAQ answers under Website > Content.
- Describe with AI on each section of Website > Website photos. It writes the photo descriptions (alt text) that search engines and screen readers use, and suggests a category for portfolio photos.
- Write with AI on client email templates, the client portal welcome and prep guide, and blog post titles and posts.
Using it
- Click the button. A small box opens.
- If you like, add a note under Anything it should know?, like "mention I travel across the state".
- On an empty field click Write a draft. On a field that already has text, choose Polish, Warmer, Shorter or Start over.
- Read the draft and edit anything you want. Undo puts back what was there before.
- Save the form as usual.
Your monthly AI actions
Each click that writes something uses one AI action. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and the count starts again on the 1st. You can see how many you've used under Account > Settings > AI help. If you run out, the buttons tell you and work again next month.
Turning it off
Under Account > Settings > AI help, untick Use AI help in my studio to hide every AI button, or turn off just the parts you don't want. Click Save.
Your information
To write a draft, the text you ask about and your studio's details are sent to Anthropic, the company that makes the Claude AI. They're used only to write that draft. See our privacy policy for details.
