Your free trial, and what happens when it ends

Every new studio starts with a 14-day free trial. You don't need a card to start.

What's included

The trial includes every feature, with the Starter plan's room: 50GB of storage and 1 seat. Storage packs and extra seats become available once you choose a plan.

Keeping track of the days

• Account > Billing shows Free trial with the days left and the date it ends.
• During the trial, a window reminds you once each time you sign in, with an Add payment button.
• In the last 7 days, a banner at the top of the admin counts down the days.

Choosing a plan before it ends

Pick a plan any time from Account > Billing. You aren't charged until the trial ends, so choosing early doesn't cost you trial days. See Apture plans.

If the trial ends without a plan

Nothing is deleted. Here's what happens, step by step:

1. For 14 days after the trial ends, your plan shows Plan needed. You can still sign in, see everything and choose a plan, but new uploads, new galleries and online bookings are paused. Your clients can still open their galleries and their portal.
2. After those 14 days, the studio is suspended. Your website and client pages show as temporarily unavailable, and the admin only opens on the Billing page (and Help & support).
