Storage and storage packs

Storage is the space your gallery photos take up. Your plan includes some, and you can add storage packs for more.

How much you have

• Starter: 50GB
• Studio: 100GB
• Pro: 250GB
• Free trial: 50GB

Go to Account > Billing to see how much you're using. The Storage card shows used and total space with a bar, and the top of the page shows the percentage.

Storage packs

You can hold any number of packs, of any size, and remove them any time. The current list prices are:

• Starter Pack: +50GB, $3 a month
• Standard Pack: +150GB, $7 a month
• Professional Pack: +350GB, $14 a month
• Studio Pack: +600GB, $22 a month
• Enterprise Pack: +1.5TB, $45 a month

On a yearly plan, packs are billed with your plan for 12 months at once. The Billing page shows the exact price for you.

Add a pack

1. Go to Account > Billing and click Add storage (or scroll to Storage packs).
2. Click Add under the pack you want. If you already have one, the button says Add another.
3. The pack is added to your plan straight away.

Packs need a plan first. During the free trial, choose a plan, then add packs.

Remove a pack

Under the Storage card, click Remove one next to the pack, then click again to confirm. The change shows on your next invoice. You can't remove a pack if what you've uploaded wouldn't fit without it; delete some photos first, or keep the pack.

When storage is full

You're never charged for extra storage automatically. Instead:

• You get a warning in the admin and by email when you reach 80% and again at 95%.
• At 100%, new uploads stop, with a message pointing you to Billing.
• Everything already uploaded stays, and clients can still view and download their galleries.

To keep uploading, add a storage pack, move to a plan with more room, or delete photos you no longer need.
