Delete your studio

If you're leaving Apture for good, you can delete your studio. Deletion happens 30 days after you ask, so there's time to download everything or change your mind.

Only the studio owner can do this.

Before you start

Download your records and gallery photos from Account > Export your data. After deletion, nothing can be brought back.

Delete your studio

1. Go to Account > Export your data and scroll to Delete your studio.
2. Type your studio's name exactly as shown.
3. Tick I understand this deletes everything after 30 days.
4. Click Delete my studio in 30 days.

We email you to confirm the date, and again a few days before it happens.

During the 30 days

• Everything keeps working as normal, including your website and your clients' galleries.
• Your plan stops renewing straight away.
• A banner across the admin shows the deletion date.

Changed your mind?

Go to Account > Export your data and click Cancel deletion and keep my studio. Your studio stays exactly as it is, and your plan renews as before.

On the deletion date

Your website, galleries, client records and photos are removed for good. Your plan is cancelled, your web addresses are released, and team members who only belonged to your studio can no longer sign in. We email you when it's done.
