Block, price up or hold a time
Hide a time, charge more for it, or keep it for one client with a private link.
Every upcoming time on Booking setup > Availability is listed by day with its status: open, booked, blocked, held, checking out (a client is paying right now) or busy in your calendar.
Block or delete a time
- Block hides an open time from clients but keeps it on your list. Click Unblock to open it again.
- Delete removes it (click twice to confirm). If the time ever had a booking, it's blocked instead so the history stays.
You can only block or delete times that aren't booked.
Make a time premium
Some times are worth more, like golden hour or a Saturday. A premium is an extra amount on top of the package price.
- Click Price and hold under an open time.
- Enter the extra amount under Premium (extra $), from $0 to $10,000.
- Click Save price.
The time shows a pill like +$50. Clients see it as Premium time in their summary, and it's added to the balance, not the deposit. Enter 0 to go back to the normal price. You can also set a premium when you first add times.
Hold a time for one client
A hold keeps an open time for one person until a date you choose. Nobody else sees it until the hold ends.
- Click Price and hold under an open time.
- Fill in Hold for (name), Their email and Hold until.
- Click Hold and email the link.
The client gets an email with a link that opens your booking page on that time. They must book with the same email address. The hold ends at the end of the date you picked, and never after the session starts. After that the time opens to everyone.
While a time is held you can:
- Email the link again, if they lost it.
- Open to everyone now, to end the hold early.
