Team seats
How many people each plan includes, what counts as a seat, and how to add or remove one.
Each person on your team uses a seat, including you.
Seats on each plan
- Starter: 1 seat (just you). You can add more.
- Studio: 3 seats. You can add more.
- Pro: unlimited seats.
- Free trial: 1 seat. Choose a plan to add people.
Open invitations count as seats until they're accepted, withdrawn or expire.

Add a seat
Only the owner can add seats, on Starter or Studio once the plan is paid.
- Go to Account > Team. When all seats are in use, the Invite someone box says so.
- Click Add a seat. The button shows the monthly price.
- You're back on the Team page with "Seat added. You can invite someone now."
You can also click Add a seat under Team seats on the Billing page. The seat is added to your plan's bill, on the same monthly or yearly cycle.

Remove a seat
On Billing, click Remove a seat under Team seats, then click again to confirm. Nobody loses access.
When your team is bigger than your seats
This can happen after removing a seat or changing plans. Everyone keeps access, but new invitations wait until you add a seat or someone leaves. You'll get a notification when it happens.
