What shooters see: My sessions
The page team members use for the sessions they're shooting, their private calendar link and marking a session shot.
My sessions lists the sessions someone has been put on. For a Shooter it's the only page in the admin besides Your account. For everyone else it shows in the menu while they have a session coming up.
What's on the page
Coming up lists future sessions, with the next one open. Recent lists sessions from the last 30 days. Each session shows:
- The date, start and end time, package and client name.
- The stage, like Booked, Prep or Shot.
- Client: name and phone number (tap to call).
- Where: the location, or "Not set yet".
- Session: the package and how long it is.
- Also shooting: anyone else on it.
- From the client: the notes they left when booking.
- Studio notes: your private notes on the booking.
- The client's questionnaire answers, except how they found you.
Mark a session shot
From the day before the session, a Mark as shot button appears. Clicking it moves the booking from Booked or Prep on to Shot, so the studio can see it's done. Only people on the session can do this.
Calendar link for Shooters
At the bottom, under Add these to your own calendar, Shooters get a private link. Copy it and subscribe in Apple Calendar, Google Calendar or Outlook. It only has the sessions they're on, and updates by itself.
If the link has been shared by mistake, click New link. The old link stops working, so subscribe again with the new one.
Owners, Admins and Staff have their own link on the Calendar page instead. Theirs includes every booked session in the studio.
When a Shooter is new
Until they're put on a session, the page says Nothing on your schedule yet. They'll get an email each time they're added to one.
