Team seats and extra seats

Each person on your team, including you, uses one seat. Open invitations count as seats too, until they're accepted or expire.

Seats included

• Starter: 1 seat (just you)
• Studio: 3 seats
• Pro: unlimited seats
• Free trial: 1 seat

Adding extra seats

On Starter and Studio you can buy extra seats. An extra seat is currently $5 a month, or $60 a year with a yearly plan. The plan cards show the seat price for the billing period you pick.

1. Go to Account > Billing.
2. In the Team seats card, click Add a seat.
3. The seat is added to your plan straight away, and you can invite someone from Account > Team.

Pro includes unlimited seats, so there's nothing to buy. During the free trial, choose a plan first, then add seats.

Removing a seat

In the Team seats card, click Remove a seat, then click again to confirm. The change shows on your next invoice.

If your team is bigger than your seats

This can happen if you move to a smaller plan or remove a seat. Everyone keeps access, but new invitations wait until you add a seat. You'll see a note about it on the Billing page.
