Paying your balance

Your deposit holds your date. The rest, your balance, is paid later. Your contract says when it's due.

Paying online

1. Open your client portal. See Your client portal and signing in.
2. Under your upcoming session, you'll see Balance with the amount left.
3. Click Pay balance. You go to a secure checkout page to pay by card.

When it goes through, you're back in your portal with a thank-you message. It can take a minute for the balance to show as paid.

Your photographer may also email you a reminder with a link to pay.

Using a gift card

If you have a gift card, click Have a gift card? under your session, type the code, and click Use it. The amount comes off your balance straight away, and anything left stays on the card for next time. See Using a gift card.

If online payment isn't available

Sometimes your portal says online payment isn't available right now. Reply to any email from your photographer and they'll tell you how to pay.

Photos locked until you've paid

Some photographers deliver your gallery before the balance is paid. You can look through your photos and pick favorites, but downloads unlock once the balance is paid. The gallery has a Pay balance button that takes you to your portal.
