Joining a waitlist

When a session is fully booked, you may see Fully booked and a waitlist instead of open times.

Joining

1. Type your name and email.
2. Click Join the waitlist.

You'll get an email confirming you're on the list.

When a spot opens

As soon as a time opens up, for example when a session is moved or cancelled or your photographer adds new times, everyone on the list gets an email with the open times. Click Book a spot and book as usual.

The spot goes to whoever books first, so it's worth acting quickly. If it's gone by the time you look, don't worry: you stay on the list and hear about the next opening.

Once you book that session, you're taken off its waitlist.

Leaving the list

Every waitlist email has a link to take yourself off.

1. Click Take me off the list in the email.
2. On the page that opens, click Take me off the list again to confirm.

You won't get any more emails about openings for that session. If you change your mind, you can join again from the booking page.
